To be eligible to register and hold an Account on the yb999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use:

• Valid email address;
• Current residential address;

You undertake to promptly update your Account information should any of these details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may lead to Account suspension, KYC failure and withholding of balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

The Operator may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification procedures as part of its compliance obligations under applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing and fraud-prevention frameworks.

Standard KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — preferably a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport;
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months);
• A selfie or liveness verification photograph where required by the verification process;
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet associated with the Account).

The Operator reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Completion of KYC does not guarantee approval of any specific transaction; the Operator retains the right to conduct enhanced due diligence at any time.

Deposits to your Account must be made using payment methods currently available and displayed within the Platform's cashier section. Available methods may include bank transfers, mobile wallet transfers and other options as disclosed by the Operator from time to time. Familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced as contextual examples; their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement, partnership or guarantee of availability.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name;
• Third-party deposits — payments made from an account not belonging to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited;

You may request a withdrawal of available real-money funds subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• Your Account has been fully verified in accordance with Section 6 (KYC) of these Terms;
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met in full;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold disclosed in the cashier;
• Your Account is in good standing and subject to no active restrictions, holds or pending investigations;
• The withdrawal destination payment method is registered to the same name as your verified Account.

General conditions applicable to all Promotions include the following unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of bonus funds unless the promotion terms specify otherwise;
• Bonus funds are awarded per Account; circumventing one-bonus-per-Account restrictions by creating duplicate accounts constitutes fraud;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from any Platform software;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or gambling losses incurred during play.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

The Operator reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where it reasonably suspects or determines any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or money laundering;
• Underage access;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request or regulatory instruction;
• Non-compliance with KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Abuse of promotional offers or bonus terms.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds within the Account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be subject to a review period pending investigation outcome. The Operator will notify the User of any balance decision in writing via the registered email address.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or withdrawal review.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, as disclosed in the Operator's published licensing information. This choice of governing law does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may be applicable under the law of your country of residence.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be referred in the first instance to the Operator's internal dispute resolution process. The Operator undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe as disclosed in its published complaints procedure.
